Richard has been working in the financial sector for over 20 years. His experience includes responsibility for corporate finance operations at Enskilda Securities, Manager of Goldman Sachs’ Stockholm Office and as a partner in EQT Partners. Richard is currently working on corporate finance matters for SEB Enskilda. He is on the Board of Marginalen.

Peter Bredelius, born 1959,

Peter is a lawyer, and a partner in Advokatfirman Lindahl. He graduated in 1988, and, after working at Nyköping District Court, he joined Advokatfirman Lindahl in 1990. Peter has particular experience in general corporate law, insolvency law, real estate law and procedural law.

Niklas Lundberg, born 1964,

Graduate economist and holder of a diploma in financial analysis from the Stockholm School of Economics (CEFA). Niklas has been working in the financial sector since 1989, including appointments as President of the fund evaluation company WIN-Rating AB, and Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche Financial Services. Before then he held a number of appointments within the SEB banking group.

Jack Junel, born 1946

Jack has experience in several different areas of the financial industry. He has an BA från Stockholm School of Economics. Previous management positions include CEO of PKbanken Fund Company, CEO of Jacobson & Ponsbach Securities, Finance Director Wasa Insurance and CEO of Länsförsäkringar Asset Management. Jack serves on the Disciplinary Board of the Stockholm Stock Exchange and Swedsec which licenses the advisors in the finance industry. |
